Each section of conveyor has a maximum load capacity of 4,000 lbs. Conveyor speeds and welder input speeds are synced to reduce conveyor wear due to friction between the turning roll and the slower-moving beam near the welder entrance.
Gulf States Saw & Machinery Co has a progressive approach for solving the unique challenges that inevitably occur in our industry. Our goal is to provide efficient design, fabrication and timely shipment of custom equipment.

FRANKLIN MODEL PTW72 - This is a complete Automatic, submerged twin-arc welder system. It is used to fixturing and welding three-piece constructed-up beams. These beams are composed of a web with two flanges. The PTW-72 web has a width of 72 inches, and the flanges are 20 inches wide x one inch thick. A PTW-72 fabrication cell can span up to 300 ft. The system consists a web loading gantry (web seam station), tack station units, 4020 CNC flange loader gantry, and a PTW-72 pull thru welder with cnc controls.
H Beam layout is more than just one machine. It is comprised of many parts with different functions and features. Beam layout suppliers and manufacturers can use a wide range of materials to make their beams. Most H beam welding equipment are made from different types and grades of steel.

D3-Touch by Welding Alloys, a touch screen-based control technology for automation that allows efficient and effective implementation of fully automated weld techniques and processes, is available. Welding Alloys introduces new technology to all Welding Alloys machine, improving performance as well as accuracy. This technology works in conjunction with precision engineering mechanics to ensure maximum performance from our welding machines.
A welded beam consists of three individual sections of steel – a web, a top flange and a bottom flange. These segments are merged together with deep fillet welds to create an incredibly robust building material.
